Types of personal data collected

- Contact information provided by users via forms and used for registration - such as name, surname, email, telephone, address, tax code and/or VAT number, mean of payment;

Place of processing

The data collected through the site are processed at the of the Data Controller headquarters, located in via San Rocco 377, 24033 Calusco d’Adda (BG), Italy, and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. The data is recorded on a server located in Milan, Italy.

Data retention time

The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("conservation limitation principle", Article 5, GDPR) or, when the processing is based on the user's consent, they may be kept until such consent is revoked. Transfer of data

Any personal data will be stored in archives located in the EU. Where necessary for the pursuit of the stated purposes, personal data could be transferred to countries outside the EU who grant an adequate level of protection established by the EU Commission decision or based on others appropriate guarantees such as Standard contractual clauses adopted by EU Commission or the data subject. Security measures

The site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, applying the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized data access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. Rights are also guaranteed in the case of data processing based on legitimate interests (except for the right to portability, not provided for by the rules), in particular the right to object to the processing, which can be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller, writing to info@e-digitaldentistry.com.

Payment systems: Credit cards, PayPal

The personal data collected are used for the provision of services to the user or for the management of related payments.

The payment system used by the site is PayPal; therefore PayPal is the subject who protects the data relating to the chosen payment method. No data relating to the user's credit card or PayPal account is ever in possession, registered or stored by e-digitaldentistry srl.
